    From the moment we arrived at First Floors very well presented showroom to the conclusion of our dealings with Patrick and the two Davids and Andy we could not have been more satisfied with the attention and guidance offered. When the manufacturer could not meet the time limit for our new carpet re-selecting could not have been made easier. This is a most professional company offering the very best personal service in an age when often one feels this is lacking. Highly to be commended
