    Excellent staff with good knowledge of their products and excellent customer service at checkout to complete the overall experience of shopping at the supermarket.

    Just been to cafe. No trays, no plates, no napkins, no teaspoons. Were eventually given a tray and a saucer. This is now becoming a regular occurrence. Obviously caused by staff shortage. As a regular customer I find this unacceptable. Not the cafeteria staff's fault as they seem to be doing their best in difficult circumstances.
